Invitation Letter
The invitation letter will be sent to all participants who have registered. This letter is only intended to assist the participant in obtaining permission from their institution.

Name Badge
All participants, companions and company representatives can obtain their badges from the registration desk. All scientific and social activities must be worn during the congress.

Certificate of Participation
All participants who register to the congress will be given a certificate of participation.

Accreditation
For the crediting of the congress, the Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Education (STE) accreditation will be applied.

Airport Transfer
Airport-Hotel or Hotel-Airport transfers of the participants who report their flight ticket information to the Congress Organization Secretariat will be organized for 650 TL + VAT one way. For transfer arrangements, you can contact the Organization Secretariat at [email protected] .

Stand Areas
During the congress, a wide area has been reserved for the companies that have products in the fields of drugs, medical equipment, devices and books to exhibit their products. It is required to have a congress registration at the entrance to the exhibition areas.
