REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

Registration Information

• All registration fees are subject to 20% VAT.
• Registration Fee included: Participation to the scientific programme, congress bag, coffee breaks, meals, name badges, certificate of participation, entrance to the stand area.
• Registration is confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees. Registration fees must be deposited into the congress account and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat by e-mail.
• In order to benefit from the early-bird registration fees, the registration fees must be deposited into the congress account before May 5, 2023 and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.

Accommodation Information

• 3-night fees are presented as an accommodation package with check-in on October 5, check-out on October 8.
• 4-night fees are presented as an accommodation package with check-in on October 4, check-out on October 8.
• Accommodation fees are subject to 10% VAT and 2% city tax.
• Participants or sponsors who do not receive accommodation service from the congress agency during the congress scientific activities are required to deposit the external participant fee requested by the hotel into the congress agency account, as the congress hotel Pine Beach Hotel operates in the all-inclusive concept.
• For participants who do not stay in one of the congress hotels provided by the organization secretariat, the hotel usage fee for 4 days is 6,500 TL + VAT (20%).
• Before the congress, the entire accommodation fee must be deposited to the Global Turizm official bank account stated below.
• Global Turizm reserves the right to reflect any changes in possible taxes or charges to the fees.

Transfer Information

• One way transfer fee between Antalya Airport and Congress Hotel is 750 TL + VAT (20%).
• Individual and private transfer requests will be budgeted separately.
• All payments must be completed prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

All refunds will be valid if notified to Global Turizm in writing.
Registration and accommodation fees;

• If notified by August 3, 2023, 50% will be refunded.
• No refund will be made if notified after August 3, 2023.
• All refunds will be made one month after the end of the congress.
